Wasatch Land Advisors LLC ("we," "us") is a Utah real estate brokerage owned by Josh Wagstaff. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us by phone, text, or email: name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
• Property information, such as parcel numbers, addresses, and ownership details, much of which comes from public county records.
• The content of the messages you send us.

This website has no forms, accounts, or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and talk with you about buying or selling real estate.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive, as described in our SMS Terms.
• To meet legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that deliver our text messages (for example, our texting platform and phone carriers), and only to deliver them.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with parties needed to complete a transaction you are part of (for example, title companies, lenders, attorneys, or the other party's agent), or when required by law.
